Making events of WOII more tangible and relevant for middle school children in Roermond, The Netherlands. In cooperation with the city archive of Roermond.

WOII IN ROERMOND

Does the memory of the Second World War stay relevant in a world, where the number of eye witnesses still alive keeps decreasing?

Young people have a increasingly vague understanding of the events. Our education system falls short in providing the children in middle school with a profound and complete understanding of the Second World War.

I am developing a multimedia solution, in cooperation with the city archive of Roermond, to make the events of Second World War more tangible and relevant for middle school children in Roermond.

Let's collaborate

Hi, my name is Ken Penders, an art director and graphic designer. I focus on the deeper meaning of untold stories and translate it into a visual narrative, where graphic design and multimedia solutions are key.

Are you curious about how we can translate your ideas to a multimedia solution or graphic design?
